 To validate if our products will work for you, it is important to find out what "band" your cellular service provider is using to deliver service to your phone.

​Follow the simple steps below:

  1. Go to the area / property you want to improve cellular signal 
  2. Ensure you have at least 1 bar of service consistently on your phone.  An area where you occasionally have no service will not work.
  3. Depending on the device type you use (Apple or Android) follow the procedure below:

Android Devices

All validations with Android can be completed within a single App (LTE Discovery)

iOS / Apple Devices

All validations with Apple devices require two steps.

Step #2: To determine the direction to point the outdoor antenna at installation you will need to install "Open Signal" from the app store.  Allow permissions. Then select the arrow option from the menu at the bottom.  You will see the following screen to indicate where to point your antenna.
